built two separate data centers that are fully staffed by our dedicated employees
in San Jose California and near Seattle Washington. Both sites are served by major
carriers that ensure quality streaming.
These are not remote sites monitored by contractors or outside service providers.
Our facilities are actually maintained and monitored by our fulltime staff located in offices
at each location. Having the ability to “touch” our hardware 24/7 when problems
arise allows us to respond immediately to issues.
Overnight technical problems can be a problem for many companies. We maintain an
office and fulltime dedicated staff in Singapore that monitors our network and is
able to manage overnight problems while you sleep.

Streaming Support
We provide full-time support staff that can assist you with technical problems affecting
your programming via email or telephone. In many cases our dedicated and trained
support representatives will solve a problem before you are aware of an issue.
We give you the option of allowing our representatives remote access to your encoder
so that we can manage the setup and configuration for you.
Listener Support
Let us help your listeners
that are having stream technical support issues so that your staff can focus on
what you do best. With our years of listener support experience,
we can typically help a listener solve their problems quickly.
ALL EMAIL IS ANSWERED! We pride ourselves in answering all support requests in record
time. Internet based support requests to many companies unfortunately go unanswered.
Many times we get responses back from listeners that are surprised and delighted

Technical Training
When you join the StreamAudio Network, our engineering staff will offer to conduct
a free technical orientation with your station technical staff via WebEx. During
this orientation we will answer questions your staff may have regarding setup, implementation,
maintenance, and provide a walk-through of our tools and services.
Sales Management Training
To get your sales and new media advertising staff familiar with our services, we
will conduct a WebEx orientation specific to their needs. During this orientation,
we will go over the types of advertising and sponsorship options that are available
and demonstrate the scheduling and reporting features available through our system.
