The software that StreamAudio has developed was built specifically with the needs of radio in mind. To that end, we have created the ability to provide interactive functionality to your listeners through your custom player and developed web based tools to manage your schedules.

Web-based scheduling

All of our scheduling tools are accessible via our web-based BroadCaster Control. All schedules can be created, edited, or deleted via the web interface.

Once a schedule is created or modified, it will automatically be uploaded to our encoding software in your studio. The web-based tools reduce the need for people to access the encoding computer in your studio and give your staff the ability to work with the system from any location where internet access is available.

Export NowPlay

If you need to send the current song and artist information to your website, we make it easy. All you need to do is point our application to your ftp site, select your preferred file format, and our software will update the file each time that the song information changes.

Song & Artist Information

Through our encoding software, we have a direct connection to your digital automation system. As soon as your station starts playing a new song, we can update the information directly on your player.

This happens in real-time with the audio. There is no delay in updating the information which you may see with other providers.

Scheduled Text

Another now playing feature available through StreamAudio is the ability to Schedule text. You can create multiple schedules that will display the text you specify on your player on the time(s) and date(s) that you have specified. Many stations use this feature to display the names of on-air personalities or program names.
